Please read the below information carefully before you submit an order for spare parts.

(1) Please note there will be a special discount if you have purchased a vehicle from RamaDBK, so please provide that information if you have purchased a vehicle from us.

(2) In some cases we will need a copy of Japanese Registration (OCR) to order parts. Sometimes with out this we cannot confirm whether it will fit your car. So please try to e-mail or fax a scanned copy of Japanese Registration with your order.

(3) Our staff will check the availability of the requested item and send you a quotation (Item + Freight Charge).

(4) If you are satisfied, please make the payment by T.T, Credit-Card or PayPal immediately. As we will order your parts only when the payment is confirmed by our bank. (Our Bank Details)

(5) If you or your friend has bought a car from RamaDBK Limited and waiting for shipment please inform us, This way you will save the postage cost.
